Are you prepared to make the transition to private practice? It’s simple with the Washington Center for Women’s & Children’s Wellness (WCWCW). You will be able to live the clinician’s dream if you wow us with your experience and excellent recommendations. You tell us the hours you want to work, and we take care of the rest.
Before joining our team, newly hired professionals would typically care for dozens of patients per day, followed by hours of paperwork. It’s the inverse in this case. You take your time providing the finest possible care to your patients without having to deal with office management, marketing, or invoicing.
Our clinicians benefit from a wealth of collective experience as well as WCWCW’s dedication to work/life balance. Our administrative and marketing staff handle all of the minutiae, allowing our clinicians to focus on what they do best: treating our patients. WCWCW offers Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Couples and Family Therapy and Expressive Therapy, among other evidence-based psychotherapy methods. We provide in-person, hybrid, and remote work options.
We are committed to a culture of mutual respect that recognizes and promotes each clinician’s unique abilities. Relationships and patient happiness are crucial to us, as is a commitment to excellence, collaboration, and mentorship. We provide highly competitive pay and a flexible work schedule.
The Washington Center for Women’s and Children’s Wellness is an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate based on race, age, ethnicity, ancestry, national origin, disability, color, size, religion, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, or socioeconomic background. We are dedicated to creating an inclusive and inviting workplace for all patients and employees.
