Aeva Gaymon-Doomes, MD, is a Double Board-Certified physician specializing in the psychiatric care of children, adolescents and women. After graduating from Howard University College of Medicine, she completed both a residency program in adult psychiatry and a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at the University of Maryland and the world-renowned Sheppard Pratt Hospital. Dr. Doomes primarily specializes in treatment of anxiety, mood disorders, and ADHD with medication management. In addition to medication management, she also offers Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) life coaching and professional career counseling to high achieving adult women. Dr. Doomes is on the clinical faculty at the George Washington School of Medicine and the Howard University Hospital Department of Psychiatry.
