Amy Pelletier is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over fifteen years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Amy’s approach to therapy involves creating a safe, supportive environment for her clients where she uses an integrative approach to help clients experiencing a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and emotional and behavioral dysregulation. Amy believes in helping her clients learn skills that will strengthen their ability to solve problems, cope with stressful situations, and connect with others. Amy received her master’s degree from the University of Chicago and has completed specialized training in the use of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), sand tray therapy, and play therapy in the assessment and treatment of children. In addition, Amy has completed the Post Graduate Training Program at the Postpartum Stress Center and enjoys working with women experiencing adjustment, mood, and anxiety symptoms related to pregnancy, infertility and childbirth.
