Jessica Braider, LMSW, is a clinical social worker, therapist, health coach, and midlife coach at WCWCW, providing care to women, men, and teens in Maryland from the Bethesda office and via telehealth. She works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, trauma, low self-esteem, and midlife transitions, creating a supportive environment where individuals feel safe, heard, and empowered to explore their emotions, relationships, and behaviors.
Jessica takes a holistic approach, considering personal, relational, and cultural influences on mental health.
She holds a master's degree in social work from the University of Michigan, where she had the opportunity to learn and practice a variety of clinical approaches including trauma therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). In addition, she has certifications as a health coach and a menopause coach.
